摘 要:对2008年某220 kV变电站支柱绝缘子瓷件断裂事故的初步分析,认为主要内因是管母金具安装、金具与管母线的尺寸配合存在问题,这两个问题造成母线上的四对金具与管母线之间形成比较紧固的连结、管母线与金具之间不能自由滑动,节与节之间的伸缩节不能起到应有的作用。通过理论计算证明因热胀冷缩管母线沿轴线伸缩变形对支柱绝缘子上端产生长期弯曲作用力,特别是在风力较大时,管母线受到了风力和由风力产生的高频低幅抖振动加在支柱绝缘子上,是造成绝缘子折断的主要原因。The preliminary analysis of fault incidents of the porcelain post insulator body of a 220kV substation in 2008, considered that the main internal factor is the existent problem of the installation of tubular bus fittings and size cooperation of fittings and tubular bus, causing the fastening connection between four pairs tubular bus and the fittings, it could not slide freely between bus and fittings, the bellows joints between the sections could not play its due role. it is proved through theoretical calculations that longitudinal stretching deformation of the pipe bus-bar due to thermal expansionshrinkage make a long-term bending stress on the top of post insulator, especially when strong wind subjected to the tubular bus, causing a high-frequency vibration of low amplitude and applied on the post insulator, is the main reason caused the fault of insulator.
