摘  要:以骆驼刺(Alhagi pseudalhagi Desv.)叶片为试验材料,研究了基本培养基、不同叶位、放置方式及植物生长调节剂配比等对不定芽再生的影响。结果表明:骆驼刺叶片再生的最佳取材位置是试管苗中部;不同放置方式对不定芽的再生无明显影响;叶片不定芽再生的最佳培养基为:MS+6-BA 0.5 mg.L-1+IBA 0.1 mg.L-1,其不定芽分化率为100%,分化系数达11.28。低浓度IAA有利于叶片再生茎段的生根,在1/2MS+IAA 0.15 mg.L-1的培养基上生根率为100%,平均根数达10.2条。This paper deals with the regeneration system from leaf of Alhagi pseudalhagi Desv. The influences of the type of the medium, position of leaf, ways that leaves touched medium, the content and proportion of hormone on leaves regeneration were investigated. The results show that the best leaves for adventitious bud regeneration are the middle ones, side of leaves touched medium has no effect, and the optimum medium for adventitious bud regeneration is MS+6-BA 0.5 mg·L^-1 +IBA 0.1 mg·L^-1, the frequency of regeneration can get 100%, and the adventitious buds per leaf is 11.28; IAA at low concentration are favora- ble for shooting of leaf-regenerated stems, the optimum rooting medium is 1/2MS+IAA 0. 15 mg·L^-1, the freauencv of rooting can get 100%, and the average number of roots is 10.2.
