金川镍铜矿提料箕斗衬板的磨损失效分析

摘  要:根据金川镍铜矿的工况条件,对箕斗衬板进行了磨损失效分析。SEM分析表明:凿削、切削与冲击坑是其主要磨损方式;低周疲劳导致的疲劳剥落也是其失效形式之一。因此,对衬板材质的要求是:既具有很高的表面硬度,以抵抗矿石的凿削与切削,又要具有很高的强度与韧性,以抵抗低周疲劳与冲击载荷。In view of the work conditions of Jinchuan copper - niclde sulfide, the analysis of the wear failure of feeder liner was made. SEM analysis showed that drilling,cutting and impacting of ore which resulted in pits were the dominating wear means and the fatigue spalling caused by low frequency fatigue was one of the wear failure means. Therefore, the liner materials should be required to have both very high surface to resist the drilling and cutting of ore and very high strength and toughness to resist impact lord.
