摘 要:疫苗免疫接种是预防和控制传染病的重要措施,而佐剂是疫苗研究的重要组成部分。选择合适的佐剂不仅可以增强疫苗的免疫效果,而且可以提高机体的抵抗力。本研究将50、100、150 g/L等不同浓度的淫羊藿多糖与灭活的鸡新城疫病毒乳化,制备疫苗免疫雏鸡,通过检测抗体效价和免疫器官指数,探讨淫羊藿多糖作为免疫佐剂对鸡免疫功能的影响。结果表明,100 g/L和150 g/L的淫羊藿多糖作为免疫佐剂均可促进抗体的产生,提高脾脏指数,但对法氏囊指数的促进作用不明显。Vaccine immunization is the important measure of preventing and controlling infectious diseases and the adjuvant is one important part of vaccine. It is very important to select suitable adjuvants which not only enhance immune effects of vaccines, but also improve animal resistance. In this research,chicks were immunized with the vaccines prepared with the emulsified material of different concentrations of 50, 100,150 g/L Epimediurn polysaccharide and inactivated Newcastle disease virus. Antibody titer and im- mune organ index were detected to investigate the effect of Epimedium polysaccharide as an adjuvant on the immune function of chicks. The results showed that the concentrations of 100 g/L and 150 g/L Epimedium polysaccharide could accelerate the development of antibody, increase the spleen index, but the effect on the index of Bursa of Fabricius was not obvious.
