缓释复方免疫增强剂对鸡ND-IB二联弱毒疫苗免疫增强效果研究

摘　　要：80只30 d龄蛋鸡随机均分成试验组和对照组,分别皮下注射ND-IB二联弱毒疫苗2头份/只,同时给试验组鸡投服缓释复方免疫增强剂1粒/只,对照组不投服。在免疫前、免疫后10 d、20 d、30 d和40 d,采血测定发现免疫后不同时期鸡ND、IB抗体效价和T淋巴细胞ERFC形成率试验组显著或极显著高于对照组,表明缓释复方免疫增强剂可以提高鸡体液免疫功能和细胞免疫功能。Eighty 30 -day-age layers were randomly average assighed inty test group angel compqrative group,each group distinctively hypodermic injection with ND- Bdiseade Bi -combinatied Attenuated vaccine 0.2doses/only,whloe one comparative group werent given, before immunized and after immunized 10,20,30 and 40 days,to drawing blood and exanined. The results showed that the antibody titer of ND.IB and the formation efficiency of ERFC had significant difference （p 〈 0.05 ） or high signitiane difference （p 〈 0.01 ） between comparative group and test group and test group after immunized different periods. It indicated that the slow - releasing innunopotentiator amay enhance humoral immunity function and cell inunty function of chickens.
