摘　　要：新型球面滚子轴承中冲压保持架的窗孔压坡质量直接影响了整个轴承装套回转质量、振动等级以及运行噪声。通过理论分析与研究,设计了一种全新的一次压坡模。经试验证明,压坡后的该类轴承保持架尺寸和形状均能满足设计要求,并且尺寸和形状的一致性好,可满足轴承装配的技术要求。The quality of press slope about cage affects gyration accuracy, vibration grade and running noise of bearings. After theoretical analysis and study, a novel structure of one - time press slope die is proposed （OTPSD）. Experiment study shows that it can effectively meet the requirements of dimensions and shapes of drawings and achieve an excellent consistency between them. In addition, test results prove that the proposed OTPSD design also meets the need of production and technical indication of bearing assembly.
