摘　　要：对S0910型滚动轴承振动测量仪进行改造,使之成为一种能现场测量滚动轴承噪声的测量仪。详细阐述了对S0910滚动轴承振动测量仪的机械系统和电器系统的改造,重点介绍了隔声系统的结构和作用,最后用改造的噪声测量仪进行滚动轴承噪声测量试验,证明该噪声测量仪有一定的现场测量轴承噪声的能力,但测量范围和精度有待进一步提高。A new instrument is presented, which is restructured from vibration instrument S0910 for beating and is used to measure bearing noise on site. Sound insulation system of the new instrument is given. A series of experiments of acoustic measurement in both time and frequency domains along with signal processing techniques have been covered. And it has been proved that the new instrument has the ability to measure bearing noise in a certain range and precision.
