葛根素对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠血糖和血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察葛根素对实验性Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素敏感性及血糖、血脂的作用。方法:采用四氧嘧啶复制糖尿病大鼠模型;高脂饲料复制高血脂大鼠模型,分别观察葛根素160mg/(kg.d)、80mg/(kg.d)、40mg/(kg.d)连续腹腔注射6周对其空腹血糖、血清中胰岛素(Insulin,Ins)水平、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、糖化蛋白、肝糖原合成和高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的影响。结果:各给药组与模型组相比血糖值明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);Ins水平降低;ISI升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);糖化蛋白明显降低(P<0.01);肝糖原合成增加;葛根素注射液高剂量组对高糖高脂大鼠总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)有降低作用(P<0.01,P<0.05),而对高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)无影响。结论:葛根素有明显的降糖和降脂作用,可改善机体的胰岛素敏感性,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective ： To investigate effects of puerarin on blood glucose and blood lipid in type Ⅱ diabetic rats. Methods ： The diabetic rats model induced by treated with STZ and high fat diet fed,the effects of puerarin 160 mg/（kg·d）,80 mg/（kg·d）,40 mg/ （kg·d） intraperitoneally injected ）on the levels of fasting blood glucose （FBG）,fasting insulin （Fins）, index of insulin sensitivity （ ISI）, Glycosylated hemoglobin （GHb）, and serum levels of total cholesterols （TC）, low density lipoprotein - cholesterol （ LDL - C ）, high density lipoprotein- chol- esterol （HDL- C ）,triacylglycerol （TG）were studied. Results： Puerarin reduced the levels of FBG Fins and GHb, the levels of Fins were lowered（ P 〈 0.01） and ISI was enhanced（ P 〈 0.01）, compared with models of T2DR. Ficilitate synthesis of hepatic glycogen obviously. Conclusion： The results suggest that puerarin can lower hyperinsulinemia, ameliorate insulin sensibility,reduce blood glucose and lipids.
