摘　　要：目的:探讨不孕症患者治疗中,阴道B超观察卵泡发育、排卵过程的应用价值。方法:经阴道B超对58例不孕症患者进行卵泡监测136个自然月经周期,了解卵泡的生长发育情况。结果:136个月经周期中,有优势卵泡并排卵的21例62个周期,占45.6%,无排卵的37例74个周期,占54.4%。结论:阴道B超监测卵泡发育和排卵准确、直观,并结合尿LH,对不孕症患者的临床诊断,选择治疗方案起着重要的作用。Objective:To explore the applied value of vagina ultrasound in the process of monitoring the growth and ovulation of follicle in the treatment for sterility.Methods:monitor the follicles of 58 sterile patients for 136 natural menstrual cycles by means of vagina ultrasound and get to understand the growth of follicle.Results:Among the 136 menstrual cycles,21 patients ovulate for 62 cycles,accounting for 45.6% of the total,while 37 patients do not ovulate for 74 cycles,54.4% of the total.Conclusion:Vagina ultrasound can monitor the growth and ovulation of accurately and clearly,and will play an important part in the diagnosis of sterility and the choice of therapies when combined with urine LH.
