摘  要:建立了气相色谱法测定香蕉果肉、全果和土壤中苯醚甲环唑残留量的分析方法。实验结果表明:添加量为0.02~2.0mg/kg时,果肉、全果和土壤中的平均回收率分别为:86.88%~98.52%、83.80%~96.01%和94.00%~97.27%,相对标准偏差分别为2.77%~5.74%、3.98%~6.11%和2.76%~5.32%,方法的最小检出量为2.0×10-12g,最低检出浓度为0.002mg/kg。方法快速、灵敏度高、重现性好,具有较好的准确度和精确度,可用于环境系统中的苯醚甲环唑的残留检测分析。An analysis method for determination of difenoconazole residue in banana and soil by using GC was established. When the content of difenoconazole was 0.02 mg/kg, 0.2 mg/kg and 2.0 mg/kg, the average recoveries of difenoconazole in pulp, whole banana and soil were 86.88%-98.52% , 83.80%-96.01% and 94.00%-97.27%, respectively. The corresponding relative standard deviations were 2.77%-5.74%, 3.98%- 6.11% and 2.76%-5.32%, respectively. The limit of detection of difenoconazole was 2.0×10^-12 g and the limit of quantification of method for difenoconazole was 0.002 mg/kg.The method was fast, sensitive, simple, reproducible and practical for detection of defenoconazole residue in environment systems.
