摘　　要：乡村旅游已成为推动湖南旅游业发展的一个新亮点和新增长点。在对乡村旅游资源概念进行界定的基础上,分析了湖南乡村旅游资源的特点和乡村旅游开发中存在的问题,提出了湖南乡村旅游资源整合与竞争力提升的具体措施。Rural tourism has become a new prospect and increase for tourism industry development of Hunan Province. But there exist still some problems which influence the promotion of rural tourism of Hunan Province from the viewpoints of sustainable development. The paper analyses the characteristics and problems of rural tourist resource of Hunan Province and puts forward some countermeasures of conformity and competency improvement of rural tourism of Hunan Province on the basis of identification of the definition of rural tourism.
