芥菜型油菜细胞质雄性不育系及其恢复系的选育研究

摘　　要：以欧新A为母本,贵州地方品种资源为父本,通过测交、回交及定向选择等育种方法,培育出了G098A、G043A等芥菜型油菜细胞质雄性不育系,这类不育系不但具备欧新A的不育性,而且其丰产性状、抗性等方面的表现均优于欧新A。此外,还选育出了恢复系G193,该恢复系的恢复育性程度较高、配合力强、经济性状和抗性较好,属于早熟类型。Taking ＂Ouxin A＂ as the female parent, Guizhou＇ s local variety resources as the male parent, through widespread test cross, backcross and directional selection, some new cytoplasm male sterile lines of rape seed （B.juncea） such as G098A, G043A and so on are bred. These male sterile lines not only has the sterility of ＂Ouxin A＂, but also has better performance in high - yielding traits, resistance and so on than ＂Ouxin A＂. Meanwhile restoring line G193 is obtained, this restoring line has high restoration fertility, strong combining ability and resistance, and good economie characters, it is precociously.
