摘　　要：简述了农业产业化的概念、模式和意义,重点阐述了苏棉22号的产业化过程:选育、中试、审定、品种权保护、示范、扩繁、贮藏、加工、检疫与品质质量监督、推广、科技服务、科研投资。还介绍了苏棉22号特征特性、配套栽培技术、选育思路与实施效果、苏棉22号的创新点以及与同期品种、同类研究、同类技术的综合比较。最后,对苏棉22号的产业化前景进行了展望。This paper introduced the concept, model and meaning of agriculture industrialization, and elaborated the industrialization process of ＂Sumian 22＂： breeding, trial, examination and approval, protection of new variety right, demonstration, propagation, storage, processing, quarantine and quality supervision, popularization, science and technology service and investment in scientific research. In addition, the article illustrated the characteristics, coordinative cultivation technologies, breeding thought and its actual effect, and the innovation point of ＂Sumian 22＂ in comprehensive comparison with other cotton cultivars bred in the same term, similar researches and similar technologies. Finally, the author discussed the prospects of the industrialization of ＂Sumian 22＂.
