摘  要:探讨了失水胁迫对三角梅插穗叶片光合作用的影响。结果表明:扦插前随着离体时间的延长,插穗叶片水势逐渐降低,失水胁迫逐渐加重,扦插后插穗叶片的光合能力明显下降。离体时间超过2 h、插穗失水率大于8.9%时,叶片光合速率的下降主要受非气孔因素限制。The effects of water loss stress on the leaf photosynthesis of Bougainvillea spectabilis cuttings were studied. The results showed that as the isolated time of the cuttings before planting prolonged, the leaf water potential of Bougainvillea spectabilis cuttings decreased gradually, water loss stress became more and more serious, and the leaf photosynthesis abilities of the cuttings decreased obviously. The decrease of leaf photosynthesis rate was considered as a main result of non - stomatal factor limitation when the water loss rate was greater than 8.9% after leaf being detached for above two hours.
