乏情湖羊母羊的药物治疗及其内分泌生理变化

摘　　要：选用连续10个月未出现发情迹象的乏情湖羊90只,按照体重和年龄大小随机分为4组,分别用催情散、促排三号、自制中药和0.9%的生理盐水处理,研究了中、西药分别对乏情羊的治疗效果及对其内分泌生理变化的影响。结果表明:催情散、促排三号对乏情羊的治愈率均为50%,而自制中药的治愈率略低于前两组,为43%。Ninety heads of Hu - sheep which had no any estrus features for 10 months were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups according to their weight and age, then they were dealt with Estrus Stimulating Powder, Decorporation Drug 3, the traditional Chinese drag and 0.9% normal physiological brine respectively, in order to study the cure efficiency of Chinese medicine and western medicine on anestrus Hu - sheep and their change in endocrine physiological features. The results showed that： the cure rate of Estrus Stimulating Powder and Decorporation Drug 3 on anestrus sheep both were 50%, while the cure rate of the traditional Chinese medicine on anestrus sheep was 43%.
