摘　　要：对炼油厂催化裂化、重油催化裂化能量回收系统管道中使用的１８８型奥氏体不锈钢波纹管膨胀节的腐蚀失效类型及产生原因进行了分析，并从工艺操作、不锈钢的表面改性、选材、消除残余应力等方面对如何防止波纹管膨胀节的穿孔和开裂进行了阐述。The corrosion failure type and its reason of operating 188 type austenitic stainless steel bellow expansion joint in energy recovery system of catalytic cracking unit and heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of refinery are analyzed.By means of process operation,stainless steel surface modification,material selection,stress relief and so on,the measures to protect boring and cracking of bellow expansion joint are mentioned.
