摘 要:通过9个试件的剥离破坏试验,对高强不锈钢绞线网-渗透性聚合物砂浆加固层与混凝土界面剥离破坏的影响因素进行了定量分析。试验研究表明,加固层长度小于有效锚固长度,则剥离承载力随着加固层长度的增加而提高;加固层长度大于有效锚固长度,则继续增加加固层长度将不能继续提高剥离承载力,但可以改善破坏过程的延性。此外,加固龄期、加固构件表面粗糙度、混凝土和聚合物砂浆强度也是影响剥离强度的主要因素。根据试验结果,提出了加固层剥离强度计算公式,可用于相关工程方面的计算分析。The debonding failure of nine concrete specimens of reinforced layer strengthened with stainless steel wire mesh and permeability polymer mortar were tested, and the influence factors of the debonding strength between reinforced layer and concrete were analyzed. The result shows that ( 1 ) if the length of reinforced layer is shorter than the effective length, increasing the length of reinforced layer can enhance its bond strength; (2) if the length of reinforced layer is longer than the effective length, increasing the length of reinforcing layer cannot enhance its bond strength but it can improve the ductility of the debonding failure process; (3) the main factors of the debonding failure also include curing age, interface roughness concentration, and concrete and polymer mortar strength. Based on the test results, the debonding strength formulas were presented, which can be used to analyze some structures.
