摘 要:针对切削式路侧振动带、陶瓷道钉路侧振动带以及热熔型路侧振动带,通过实践应用和现场测试,分析了这3种类型振动带对不同车型的警示效果,提出了振动带主要设计要素变化对警示效果的影响规律。结果表明,切削式振动带对小轿车主要靠噪音警示,振动警示次之,对重型货车的警示效果一般;陶瓷道钉振动带对小轿车而言振动警示主导,噪音警示次之,对重型货车主要依靠振动警示;热熔型振动带对小轿车主要依靠噪音警示,振动警示一般,而对重型货车的警示效果均较弱,并给出了3种路侧振动带的建议尺寸。结合实践应用,对3种类型振动带的施工工艺、施工要点、施工成本以及适用场合给出了建议。Based on application and in-situ test, the alarm effect of milled rumble strips, ceramic marker rumble strips and thermoplastic rumble strips on different types of vehicle were analyzed. According to the practice of three types of rumble strips, the change law between main design factor and alarm effect were put forward. The result shows that (1) milled rumble strips and thermoplastic rumble strips mainly rely on noise warning for cars and have a weak warning effect for heavy-duty trucks in general; (2) compared with milled rumble strips and thermoplastic rumble strips, ceramic marker rumble strips rely on vibration warning mainly for cars and heavy-duty trucks. Some suggestions about main design dimensions for three types of rumble strips were given. At last construction technique, cost, and application condition of these rumble strips were discussed for better application.
