摘 要:抽油机的电动机通常运行在其额定功率的35%~80%之间,应用一般三相平衡电路设计的电流过载及断相保护装置不能准确、有效地实现对电动机的保护作用.当抽油机的电动机发生故障时,主电路各相电流都发生变化,它的变化状态与电动机接线方法有直接关系,对于星形接法的电动机非故障相的线电流小于对称性过载保护电流动作值;而三角形接法的电动机,非故障相的绕组电流超过对称性过载保护电流动作值.在电动机故障状态下,其主电路除正序电流外,还产生负序电流.根据这个特点,从检测电流相序为依据,设计了抽油机用电动机断相保护装置,实现对油田抽油机电动机的断相保护.该装置线路简单,操作方便,适应油田环境.The motors used for well pumping units usually run at 35%-80% horsepower rating. Therefore the overload and phase-cut protective device with three-phase balanced circuit can not accurately and effectively realize the protection of the motors. when phasecut fault happens, the current of each phase in main circuit may change. The current of trouble-free phase of a motor with star connection is less than the operating current of the overload protective device, while the current of troublefree phase of a motor with triangle connection is larger than its operating current. Besides, there are not only consequent current but also reversible current in its main circuit when the motor is in fault states. In view of the above-mentioned facts, the author designs a phase-cut protective device for the motors used for well pumping units. Its circuit is simple, operation is reliable, and it adapts to the environment of oilfields.
