摘  要:论述了液力冲击旋转钻井技术在我国油气钻井中应用的主要问题是:对振动的担心,冲击钻具本身的质量,与钻头的配套及适用的岩层等问题.提出了解决的途径,包括冲击钻具的合理设计、选材与使用,尽量少用弹簧,减少易损件,优选材质,保证冲击钻具的寿命达到200h以上.指出在解决了冲击钻具的寿命和工作稳定性两个关键问题后,这一技术完全可以应用于我国油气井钻井中.The Difficulties in the application of hydraulic hammer drilling are: there is vibration in drilling; hammer drill itself is not perfect; the bits used in field at present are suitable to hydraulic hammer drilling or not; what types of rock strata is hydraulic hammer drilling suitable for? and so on. The ways to solve them are proposed. And it is pointed out that reasonable structure design, high quality materials, correct use and good maintenance of hammer drill are the key to insuring the service life of hammer drill more than 200h. The authors hold that if the service life and the working stability of hammer drill are ensured, the hammer drilling technique may be used in the oil and gas well drilling of our country.
