Combined Drainage Engineering Formations and Design for Comprehensive Treatment of Water Logging and Waterlogged in the Northern Huai River Plain

摘  要:为了防治淮北平原的涝渍灾害,从治理涝渍效果、提高农业产量、投入产出等方面进行综合分析,提出了涝渍兼治组合排水形式以及沟管组合的设计方法。研究结果表明,涝渍兼治设计的地面排水模数与以往设计相比减小约15%;沟管组合方式比单纯明沟投资减少9.1%,占地减少55%。In order to prevent and cure the disaster of water logging and waterlogged in the Northern Huai River Plain, the treatment effects of water logging, increasing agricultural yield, input-output are analyzed. Compounding drainage formations for comprehensive treatment of water logging and waterlogged, and design of drain and canal combination are put forward. The research findings show that the modulus of ground drainage using the design of comprehensive treatment of water logging and waterlogged can reduce about 15%, compared to the previous design, and that the investment can be reduced by 9.1% for the combination of drain and canal as against simply opened drains and the land area occupied is cut down by 55%.
