摘　　要：普通高校女子防身术是21世纪初在我国高校中开设的的一项新的体育项目.文章对我国普通高校女子防身术的教学内容和方法进行了探讨,旨在探索适合我国普通高校女子防身术的教学内容和方法.Women＇s self-defense in the college begins in the 21st century, theory and fighting techniques of teaching model, the goal of the article is to enhance student awareness and ability to self-defense on China＇s women＇s Self Defense college teaching content and methods which is to be discussed to explore our own country＇s self defense ＆ teaching content and methods of colleges and universities
