摘  要:该文采用区域气候模式RegCM3和NCEP再分析资料,选取3种垂直分辨率、3种水平分辨率,就垂直分辨率对区域气候模式模拟我国5年(2000-2004年)夏季降水的影响进行了评估。得到的主要结论如下:从5年季、月平均降水模拟来看,总体上三个方案模拟降水都偏高,随着垂直分辨率提高,模拟降水量更接近观测,各子区域对分辨率呈现更大的敏感性;月平均降水的敏感性更甚于季平均;随着垂直分辨率提高,模拟降水与实测的空间相关系数不一定也增大;即使对区域气候模拟,30km或更高的水平分辨率也有助于提高降水模拟;垂直分辨率的提高可能存在一个敏感范围,超过该范围时,改进模拟的效果不明显;为提高模拟精度且权衡计算花费,提高垂直分辨率比提高水平分辨率更为有效。Using the regional climate model RegCM3 and the NCEP re-analysis data, and choosing 3 vertical resolutions and 3 horizontal resolutions, the effects of vertical resolution on the 5-year (2000-2004) long simulation of summer precipitations were evaluated in the paper. Main conclusions are obtained as follows:(1)the 5-year-mean seasonal and monthly precipitations show, as a whole, to be all overestimated by the 3 vertical-resolution schemes, and to be closer to observations as vertical resolutions are increased, while simulated precipitations over the subregions of China, as compared with those over the "entire" region, seem to be more sensitive, (2)the spatial correlation coefficients of simulated precipitations do not always increase as the vertical resolutions are increased, (3)even for regional climate modeling, 30-km or higher horizontal resolutions can help improve the simulations precision; (4)there may be a sensitive range of vertical resolution, exceeding which the simulations are not improved evidently, (5)to increase precision and to balance the computational cost, increasing vertical resolution is more effective than increasing horizontal resolution.
