摘 要:针对重型静压轴承油腔结构优化问题,利用有限体积法,模拟了扇形腔和圆形腔间隙流体的温度场,并建立了旋转坐标系下的控制方程,探讨了在转速、腔深及有效承载面积相同时两种腔形的温度分布规律,优化了油腔结构。结果表明:油腔结构对间隙流体温度场有较大影响,圆形油腔油膜剪切面积较大导致圆形腔温度分布较扇形腔高。数值计算结果真实反应了轴承内部流态,仿真结果为工程实际轴承油腔结构优化设计提供了理论依据。In order to solve the oil recess structure optimization of the heavy hydrostatic bearing, simulation the / temperature field of joint fluid for sector and circular oil recess was carried out ,using finite volume method (FVM) . It establishes the control equation in the rotate coordinate system, and discusses the pressure and temperature distribution regularity of two kind of the oil recess in the same rotate speed and recess deep and effective load-carrying area, and optimizes the oil recess structure. The result demonstrates that the oil recess structure had an obviously influence on temperature field of joint fluid, the temperature filed of the circular oil recess is higher than the sector because the cut area of oil film of the circular oil recess is bigger, than the sector. The numerical computation result reality reflects the fluid state in beating, and provides theoretic element for oil structure optimization in engineering.
