摘　　要：介绍了采用89C51单片机设计的数字毫秒计，它结构简单，成本低廉，精度高，可以应用于继电器等电器设备的动作时间测量，也可以应用于物理实验。A digital millisecond instrument using singlechip 89C51 is introduced. In addition to having high precision , the instrument has simple construction and very low cost. It can be used to test the motion time of the relay and other electrical equipment as well . And the instrument can also be used in physical experiment.
