摘  要:采用对比实验法,研究了阴离子表面活性剂PG20和WG12对合成铝酸钠溶液晶种分解率的影响,并探讨了其影响机理。结果表明,PG20和WG12都能有效地提高铝酸钠溶液晶种分解率,WG12的效果更为显著;随着浓度的增加,对分解率提高的效果加强,PG20和WG12在浓度为400mg/L时,分别提高分解率为2.95%和4.21%。PG20和WG12对产品的粒度有着不同的影响,WG12能显著地提高产品的粒度,其中位径值(d50)为98.088μm,与空白样中位径值(d50)48.983μm相比,PG20降低了产品的粒度,其中位径值(d50)为34.138μm。PG20和WG12都大幅度地降低了铝酸钠溶液的表面张力。Influences of anion surfactant PG20 and WG12 on the seeded precipitation rate of synthetic sodium aluminute solution were studied by comparison experiments, and its mechanism was preliminarily discussed. Results show that PG20 and WG12 were all effective ways to increase the seeded precipitation rate of synthetic sodium aluminate solution, the influence of WG12 on the seeded precipitation rate was more obvious;and with the increase of the concentration, it would enhance the effects of the increase on the seeded precipitation rate. When the concentration of PG20 and WG12 was 400 mg/L, the seeded precipitation rate could increase by 2.95 % and 4.21%. PG20 and WG12 had the different effects on the product particle size. WG12 could significantly increase the product granularity, the value of one of the median granularity(d50) was 98. 088μm. Compared with the blank sample, the value of the median granularity(d50) was 48. 983μm. PG20 decreased the product granularity, and the value of the median granularity(d50) was 34. 138 μm. PG20 and WG12 would obviously decrease the surface tension of sodium aluminate solution.
