摘  要:试验通过化学及工业分析、激光粒度分析、可塑性测定等方法,研究了粉煤灰的种类、加入量、颗粒组成以及黏结剂、外加剂对烧结空心制品泥料可塑性指数的影响规律,研究结果表明:泥料的可塑性指数、成型性能与粉煤灰中DM与D50差值、细颗粒和黏粒(<5um)的含量密切相关,DM与D50差值愈大颗粒级配趋于更合理,混合泥料的可塑性就越好;水玻璃黏结后强度较好,且当加入量为3%、保温时间5min时,泥料可塑性指数达到最大值.In the current experiment the property of the raw material and the pug were studied by chemical and industry analyses,laser particle size distribution and the determination of plasticity. With different types of fly ash, different binders, additives, different aging times and different particle size distribution, the sintered porous block adobe plasticity index were measured. By changing the rules, we discussed the influence factors of the fly ash sintered porous brick adobe plasticity. It shows that: mud plasticity indexes have close relationship to the D-value (DM and D50), fine particle and clay particle (content of (5 um) of fly ash. The body intensity is higher after adding water-glass as the binder. With the 5min soaking time, when the content of sodium silicate reached 3% the pug's plasticity index got its maximum value.
