摘　　要：目的研究安徽省农村地区艾滋病病毒感染者/病人（PLWHA）的生活质量,为控制艾滋病流行提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,在安徽省阜阳市某县抽取2个艾滋病流行重点村,招募有6～18岁孩子的成年PL-WHA,采用半结构式问卷和面对面访谈方式进行调查。结果共有116名有孩子的PLWHA参加了调查,其中男性54人（46.60%）,女性62人（53.40%）;近一半的人没有上过学,女性的受教育程度比男性低;自报个人年收入超过2 000元的只有3成,女性个人收入较男性低。调查对象在总体感觉、健康满意度、生理生活质量、心理生活质量、社会生活质量和环境生活质量等6个方面的平均得分分别是：2.44、2.85、20.13、15.16、9.84和21.20分,经转换后分别是35.99、46.34、46.89、38.18、57.00和41.22分。4项领域合计为183.33分。不同人口学因素影响生活质量的不同领域,但未见一个因素影响生活质量的多个领域,也未见多个因素影响一个领域。结论在安徽省农村地区,有孩子的艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病病人的生活质量受到严重影响,亟需改善他们的生活质量。Objective To evaluate life quality of people with HIV/AIDS （PLWHA） in rural areas of Anhui province, using the instrument of WHOQOL - BREF designed and promoted by the World Health Organization （ WHO ）. Method Using clustered sampling method, 2 hard - hit villages in a county in Fuyang city were selected, and all PLWHA with a child aged 6 - 18 were recruited for a face - to - face interview using a semi - structured questionnaire. Results Among the 116 participants, 54 were male （46.6%） , 62 were female （53.4% ） ; about a half had no education and females were more likely to have lower education; about 30% had an annual income of more than RMB2000 and females were more likely to have lower income. The scores of overall perception of quality of life, overall perception of health, physical health, psychological health, social relationships, and environment domain were 2.44, 2.85, 20.13, 15.16, 9.84 and 21.20 respectively. And the transformed score for the four domains were 46.89, 38.18, 57.00 and 41.22. The total score of the four domains was 183.22. Difference demographic factors were associated with different domains and no demographic factors were associated with all of the four domains. After adjustment, the number of children and disclosure of HIV status were associated with the total score of life quality. Conclusion The quality of life of PLWHA was impaired and the study findings underscore the importance of developing interventions that improve the quality of life for PLWHA in rural areas of Anhui province.
