怀远县2002～2007年结核病控制效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价怀远县5年来结核病控制效果,为控制结核病提供依据。方法收集并分析2002年2月～2007年3月相关资料。结果5年共接诊因症求诊病人10 284例,发现登记涂阳肺结核2 607例,涂阳病人登记率由25.92/10万上升到58.52/10万。初治涂阳病人的治愈率为95.3%。结论怀远县结核病控制取得显著成效。Objective To evaluate the effect of TB control in Huaiyuan Cuventy in 5 years. Methods To select and analyze the implementation data from Feb, 2002 to Mar, 2007. Results 10 284 TB suspects made elinical eonsuhafion to TB dispensaries in the 5 years, 2607 positive TB cases had been detected and notified ~ the notification rate of position TB cases was raised from 25.92/10,000 in 2002 to 58.52/10,000 in 2008. The cure rate of smear positive rib cases was 95. 3%. Conclusion Huaiyuan had got the anticipated effect by implementing the modem tuberculosis control strategy.
