摘 要:基于钢筋锈蚀的混凝土结构使用寿命预测的一个重要问题是建立混凝土内钢筋锈蚀速率模型.通过试验研究得出不同水灰比对钢筋锈蚀速率时变规律的影响,即水灰比越大钢筋的锈蚀速率越高.同时研究了钢筋锈蚀速率的时变规律,在恒定气候条件下,其多变过程可分为锈蚀初期的下降阶段、平稳发展阶段和混凝开裂后的上升阶段.To establish the theory prediction model of reinforcement corrosion rate in concrete is the key to the service life estimation of reinforced concrete structure with regard to reinforcement corrosion. The experimental research resulted in the influences of different water-cement ratios on the time-varying regularity of reinforcement corrosion rate, that was, the greater the watercement ratio the higher the reinforcement corrosion rate. Meanwhile, a study was carried out on the time-variable regularity of bar corrosion rate, which revealed that under conditions of constant climate the time-dependent process was divided into three stages: the descending stage just after the corrosion, the stationary development stage and the ascending stage after the concrete cracking.
