地方高校校园就业实践基地建设的有益探索——基于嘉应学院战略后备人才培养的实践

摘　　要：大学生就业已经成为我国当前的一个重要问题,高校尤其是地方高校的毕业生就业更是社会广泛关注的民生问题。文章以地方高校嘉应学院校园就业实践基地建设为例,从校园基地的实践、理论与教改三方面探索,说明地方高校建立校园就业实践基地建设对于学校办出特色、办出水平,提高毕业生就业率,对于大学生提升就业能力、优质就业,对于企业单位吸纳高级实用型人才具有重要意义。University students employment has currently become an important problem in our country, especially that of the graduates from local university, which is concerned extensively as it relates to the livelihood of the society. This paper, taking the campus employment practice base construction of Jiaying university as an example, explores practice, theory and educational reform on the employment practice base in the campus and discusses its significance of practice, theory and educational reform. Local university should construct campus employment practice base with characteristic and high level, to improve graduate＇s employment rate. It is important to promote the employment ability, high - quality employment of university students and for the enterprise to recruit senior and practical talents.
