摘 要:在沧州炼油厂500kt/a重油催化裂化装置进行了多产柴油的工业试验。结果表明,采用分段进料组分的选择性催化裂化工艺,降低汽油干点,提高柴油干点,应用MLC-500催化剂,在较苛刻的反应条件下,能明显提高催化裂化柴汽比,改善产品分布。可使柴汽比提高0.44,柴油产率提高8.62个百分点,轻质油收率提高3.25个百分点,汽油RON达到91以上,取得了明显的经济效益。Catalytic cracking for increasing LCO was commercially tested in a 500 kt/a resid FCCU in Cangzhou Refinery. The results showed that the ratio of LCO to naphtha was raised and the product distribution was improved by using MLC 500 catalyst, combined with widening the boiling range of LCO and adopting the technology of component selective cracking under severe reaction conditions. The ratio of LCO to naphtha was raised 0.44. The LCO and naphtha plus LCO yields increased by 8.62% and 3.25% respectively as compared with the original yields. Thus, the benifit was obviously obtained.
