摘　　要：现代教育技术的发展尤其是计算机技术的发展是影响科学教育改革最为重要的因素之一。教学资源是教育信息化建设的重要内容,它是提高教学质量和教学效果的关键因素,教师制作高水平的课件也是教学资源建设之一,本文从大学网络教学资源建设和管理的角度分析教育信息化建设的现状和管理措施,以及提高制作具有科学性、教育性、艺术性和技术性的课件。The development of modern education technology, especially computer technology is one of the important factors that have influenced the scientific education. Teaching resources are an important content of the education information. It is a key factor to improve teaching quality and teaching effect .The high-level lesson pieces that the teachers have made are also one of the teaching resource construction. This paper analyses present education information construction state as well as how to improve to make high - level lesson pieces with scieee,education,art and technology from the construction and management angle of the college network teaching resources.
