摘 要:利用Pro/E软件对XP300-3型旋喷泵进行建模,利用Fluent 6.1对整个内部流场进行数值模拟.模拟结果表明,腔体内流体的速度随半径增大而增大,腔内的流体随腔体做刚性运动,腔内流体的旋转角速度是腔体旋转角速度的0.95倍.根据转子腔内液体的运动规律和连续性定理,推导出计算集流管进口尺寸的公式,利用该公式设计的集流管与传统公式设计出的集流管进行模拟计算对比,前者性能更好.Entire inner flow field in roto-jet pump was modelled and numerically simulated with softwares Pro/E and Fluent 6. 1, respectively. The result indicated that the velocity of the fluid in the rotor cavity was ever-increasing with the radius, performing a rigid movement with the cavity. The fluid's angular velocity was as large as 0. 95 of that of rotor cavity. Then a formula for evaluating inlet size of fluid collector was derived according to the inner flow pattern and continuity theorem. The performance of the collector designed with this formula was better than that with traditional formula.
