摘　　要：本文首先介绍了工作流和工作流管理系统的概念，提出了如何基于JBPM的公文流转系统的解决方案。并基于工作流和JBPM平台设计了高效、快速、稳定的公文流转系统的开发架构。最后在吉林省某事业单位公文流转系统的需求分析基础上，对公文流程进行分析，抽象出系统模型，并对应用系统加以实现。This article first introduced the work flow and the work flow management system management system＇s concept, how did propose based on the JBPM archives circulation system＇s solution. And has designed highly effective, fast, the stable archives circulation system＇s development construction based on the work class and the JBPM platform. Finally in the Jilin Province some Institution archives circulation system＇s demand analysis foundation, carries on the analysis to the archives flow, abstracts the system model, and realizes to the application system.
