摘　　要：实现沿海经济隆起带和腹地经济的互动整合,是河北建设沿海经济社会发展强省的关键。在分析现代产业优先临海布局的动因和河北省区域经济发展构想之后,系统考察"沿海—腹地"经济整合的理论依据、动力机制和演进规律,最后针对河北省提出基于"东出西联"的海陆一体化开发战略。The combination of marine economic line and hinterland is the key for Hebei to construct a developed marine province. Based on the analysis on motives of maritimization of industries and Hebei＇s local development, the theories of ＂marine-hinterland＂ were studied. At last, the strategy based on ＂east out-west link＂ for Hebei was pointed out.
