摘  要:太极拳不仅是传统武术,还是集易学、医学、心理养生学等于一体的哲理文化。对人的神经系统、微循环系统、生物代谢消化系统等都具有调节枢纽、整合阴阳、维护平衡、增强机体免疫及促进有序代谢等作用。尤其是脏腑之间的横膈蠕动与按摩对机体的调整作用,是其他运动无法比拟和达到的。太极拳作为意念拳和心身拳,在对抑郁症状的调治上独具特色。通过练拳能够达到心身舒适、意气平和,能够有效改善睡眠质量、整合主观认知、消除心理病因,并改善躯体症状,堪称绿色疗法。Hexagram boxing is not only a type of traditional martial arts, but a philosophical culture integrating yi-olngy, and medical science with psychological preservation of health. It has the effects of adjusting hinges, integrating Yin and Yang, maintain the balance, enhance organic immune and improve orderly metabolism for nervous system, microcirculation system, metabolism and digestive system. The adjustment effect of peristal- sis of the diaphragm between the viscera can not be analogized and reached by other sports. As an imaginative boxing and a practice of mind and body, hexagram boxing has its own characteristics in the treatment of de- pression symptom. Through practice, the comfort of mind and body can be achieved, and the mildness of one' s will and spirit can be reached, which can effectively improve the sleeping quality, integrate subjective cognition, and improve the symptom of the body. Therefore, it can truly be called a green therapy.
