摘　　要：交易成本范式为研究组织的绩效及其行为提供了一个很好的视角。信息成本、运营成本和风险管理成本是与我国农村金融组织密切相关的交易成本,在分析了这三类交易成本及其影响因素的基础上,构建了一个评价农村金融组织绩效的交易成本模型,借助模型对各种不同类型的金融组织绩效进行评价比较,为我国现阶段构建多层次组织体系作为农村金融改革的主方向,以小型金融组织的发展作为改革的突破口提供了理论依据。Transaction cost pattern provides a new perspective to study the performance and behavior of financial organization. Information cost, operation cost and risk management cost are transaction costs which have close relation to financial organizations in rural areas. The paper, by analyzing the three kinds of transaction costs and factors influencing them, constructs a transaction cost model to evaluate the performance of financial organizations in rural areas. A comparison of the performances of different kinds of financial organizations with this model can provide a theoretical base for taking the construction of multilevel organization system as the main direction of rural financial system reform and taking the development of small financial organizations in rural areas as the breakthrough of rural financial reform.
