摘  要:目的建立测定膦甲酸钠氯化钠注射液有关物质和含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(H PLC)法测定有关物质,固定相为聚合阴离子树脂(W atersIC PAK,5cm×4.6m m),流动相为邻苯二甲酸氢钾-1m ol/L硝酸溶液,检测波长为290nm,流速为1.4m L/m in,柱温为25℃;采用紫外分光光度(UV)法测定膦甲酸钠注射液的含量。结果膦甲酸钠质量浓度在0.24~0.36m g/m L时与吸收度具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998,n=5),平均回收率为100.06%,RSD=0.95%(n=9)。结论所用方法简便、快速、准确,可用于膦甲酸钠氯化钠注射液有关物质和含量的测定。Objective To establish a method for the assay of foscarnel sodium and its related substances by HPLC. Methods The aggregating anion colophony column(Waters IC PAK,5 cm×4.6 mm)was used. The mobile phase was potassium hydrogen phthalate-nitric acid solution (1 mol/L). The detection wavelength was set at 290 nm. The flow rate was 1.4 mL/min. The column temperature was 25 ℃. Results The linear range of foscarnel sodium was 0. 24-0.36 mg/mL (r =0. 999 8, n =5). The average recovery rate was 100. 06%, RSD =0.95% (n =9). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used to determine the content of foscarnel sodium and its related substances in Foscarnel Sodium Injection.
