摘　　要：目的总结腹部创伤患者的全程一体化诊治经验,提高救治水平。方法对2004年1月至2007年1月收治的130例腹部创伤患者进行回顾性分析。结果与结论整体化、系统化、专业化的创伤急救模式,早期准确的伤情评估及液体复苏,尽快地明确诊断和确定性手术,合理运用损伤控制学,是降低死亡率、提高救治成功率的重要保证。Objective To summarize the experiences in the integrated trauma care for abdominal injury, and to improve the recovery rate from such patients. Methods The clinical data from 130 cases with abdominal injury, hospitalized from January 2004 to January 2007,were reviewed. Results and Conclusion The integrated, systematized and specialized mode of emergency trauma care, including precise initial evaluations, early fluid resuscitation, prompt diagnosis, definite indications for operations,and effective treatments of damage control, can significantly decrease the mortality and increase the recovery rate from abdominal injury.
