摘  要:目的调查分析骨科病房3年来临床分离的凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(CNS)耐药性变化,为临床合理选择抗菌药物提供依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对骨科病房2005年1月至2007年12月CNS的药物敏感试验结果进行统计分析。结果3年间骨科病房共从临床标本中分离细菌850株,其中CNS 275株,分离率最高,占到细菌分离总数的32.35%;CNS对β-内酰胺类、喹诺酮类、氨基苷类等抗菌药物的耐药性有不同程度的增加,四环素类、糖肽类对其仍有很好的抗菌活性,其中替考拉宁与万古霉素保持着最高的敏感率。结论CNS耐药率日渐增高,且多重耐药菌较普遍,根据药物敏感试验结果合理使用抗菌药物、减缓细菌耐药性的增长非常重要。Objective To study the prevalence and resistance characteristics of clinical isolates of coagulase- negative staphylococci(CNS) from the orthopedics department in recent three years in order to provide reasonable drug information. Methods The results of susceptibility test of coagulase- negative staphylococci from 2005 to 2007 were studied with retrospective method, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results 275 isolates of coagulase-negative staphylococci were isolated from 850 clinical isolates and accounted for 32.35% of the total number with the highest rate of separation. The resistance of coagulase- negative staphylococci to β-lactam, quinolones, aminoglycoside increased in the past three years. Yet tetracyclines, glycopeptide still had good antibacterial activity on coagulase-negative staphylococci, among them vancomycin and teicoplanin maintained the highest sensitivity. Conclusion Increasingly drug resistance rate of coagulase- negative staphylococci and multi- drug resistance is more common. Choosing the reasonable antimicrobial agents according to susceptibility result and slowing down the growth of bacterial resistance is very important.
