摘　　要：目的观察骨化三醇联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗偏瘫后继发废用性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法采用骨化三醇联合阿仑膦酸钠对47例偏瘫后继发废用性骨质疏松症患者进行治疗,观察治疗前后患者骨密度(BM D)、疼痛指数及Barthel指数的变化情况。结果经治疗后,所有患者BM D、疼痛指数及Barthel指数均较治疗前明显好转,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨化三醇联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗偏瘫后继发废用性骨质疏松症疗效肯定。Objective To observe the treatment effect of calcitriol combined alendronate in the treatment of secondary disuse osteoporosis after hemiplegia. Methods 47 cases were treated by calcitriol combined alendronate. All patients＇ BMD, pain index and Barthel index were elevated before and after treatment. Results BMD, pain index and Barthel index in 47 patients were remarkably improved with statistical difference（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Calcitriol combined alendronate has definitive therapeutical effect in treating secondary disuse osteoporosis after hemiplegia.
