摘  要:目的了解武汉市青少年男男性行为人群(Young men who have sex with men,YMSM)的艾滋病(AIDS)知识、态度与行为(Knowledge,attitude and practice,KAP)现状,对目标人群进行AIDS健康干预,为制定YMSM防艾规划提供参考依据。方法采用雪球抽样方法,对武汉市部分YMSM进行AIDS健康干预和追踪调查,并进行近期效果分析。所有数据采用SPSS11.5进行统计分析。结果在艾滋病/性病(AIDS/STD)知识方面,大部分内容在干预后有明显提高(P<0.05);安全套相关知识干预效果明显(P<0.05);但是安全套的使用情况却没有明显的改善(P>0.05);避免感染AIDS采取的措施,干预前后略有不同。结论YMSM艾滋病KAP存在着明显的知识行为分离,较短时期内,健康干预对目标人群AIDS认知方面改变较易,但行为方面的改变却不明显,需要长期的努力才能收到实际效果。Objective To find out the knowledge, attitude and practice(KAP) of AIDS among the youngster who have sex with men (YMSM) in Wuhan city,so as to take effective measure to target group and provide scientific basis for establishing program of AIDS prevention. Methods Snowball sampling, AIDS health intervention and the follow-up survey were carried out for YMSM. The recent-effects of intervention were analyzed using SPSS software. Results In the aspect of knowledge of AIDS/STD,the cognition rate of most contents increased significantly after intervention( P 〈 0. 05 ) ;the effects of the related knowledge of condoms was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; but the situation of using condoms had no significant change( P 〉 0. 05 ) ;There was slight difference in the prevention of AIDS infection by the measures taken before and after intervention. Conclusion There existed distinct separation of knowledge and behavior in KAP of AIDS among YMSM. It seemed easier to change the knowledge of health intervention in a shorter period of time, but was far not easy for the change of behaviour, longer period were needed to change behaviour.
