摘 要:研究溶液的pH值与初始浓度、竹炭用量、吸附时间以及温度等因素对竹炭吸附苯胺的吸附性能影响,结果表明:竹炭对苯胺有较强的吸附作用,按苯胺与竹炭质量比为1:980投加竹炭,苯胺去除率达到93%以上;苯胺溶液pH值在8~9时,竹炭能够很好地适应苯胺初始浓度的变化,对其保持较好的去除率,同时,能在120min内达到吸附平衡;竹炭对苯胺溶液等温吸附服从Freundlich方程式,在70℃左右容易进行,吸附效果好。竹炭可作为理想的去除苯胺的吸附材料。The adsorption properties of bamboo-charcoal for aniline solution were studied. Effects of some factors, such as pH and initial concentration of the solution, quantity of bamboo-charcoal, absorbing time, temperature, on the removing of aniline from water solution were investigated. The results show that the bamboo- charcoal has strong adsorption to the aniline. The removal rate can reach 93% or more if the mass ratio of bamboo-charcoal to aniline is 980:1. Meanwhile, the adsorption behavior of bamboo-charcoal can properly adapt to the changing of the initial concentration of aniline when pH value is between 8-9 so it can keep the absorption for aniline in a good level and the absorption will be in balance in 120 minutes. The isothermal adsorption behaviors of the bamboo-charcoal for aniline follows the Freundlich equation. The results also show the adsorption of bamboo-charcoal for aniline is easier at 70℃ with better adsorption effects. The conclusion is that bamboo-charcoal is an ideal absorption material for removing aniline.
