摘　　要：通过对焦炭塔顶油气线支管腐蚀部位、工艺生产特点分析,指出支管腐蚀原因主要是高温硫腐蚀、冲刷腐蚀、电偶腐蚀,针对腐蚀的具体情况和工艺过程分析提出了处理方法与防范措施。By analyzing the corrosion area of the branch pipe of oil-gas pipeline on top of coke drum and the characteristics of process,this paper points out that the main reasons for the corrosion of branch pipe include high temperature sulfur corrosion,erosion-corrosion and galvanic corrosion,and puts forward some treatment methods and preventive measures in accordance with specific corrosion conditions and the process analysis.
