石化污泥的处理与利用

摘　　要：石油化工加工过程中产生的含油污水通常汇入污水处理场进行集中处理,在污水处理过程中产生大量含油污泥。对"三泥"只采用简单的浓缩-沉降处理,会造成二次污染的事件发生,三泥处理问题一直困扰着石化企业和环保工作者。在调研的基础上,重点介绍当前世界上对石化企业"三泥"处理与利用的技术,并对其展望了发展前景。Oily wastewater generated in refining and petrochemical processing is usually collected in wastewater treatment plant for centralized treatment,and a large amount of oily sludge is produced in wastewater treatment process. The simple process of condensation and settlement of 'three sludge' will result in secondary pollution. Petrochemical enterprises and environmentalists have been puzzled by the problem of 'three-sludge' treatment. Based on investigation and research,this paper mainly introduces the current technologies for treatment and utilization of 'three-sludge' in petrochemical enterprises worldwide,and forecasts their development prospects.
