摘　　要：[目的]探讨破痛油治疗Ⅰ期～Ⅲ期压疮的效果。[方法]将41例Ⅰ期～Ⅲ期压疮病人随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组进行常规压疮护理;观察组在常规压疮护理基础上加用破痛油外敷,比较两组病人压疮治疗效果、治愈时间。[结果]在同一治疗时间内,观察组较对照组疗效显著,愈合时间明显缩短。[结论]破痛油治疗Ⅰ期～Ⅲ期压疮疗效显著。Objective：To probe into the curative effect of pain- breaking oil to treat patients with stage Ⅰ to Ⅲ pressure sore. Methods：A total of 41 patients with stage Ⅰ to Ⅲ pressure sore were randomly divided into control and test group. Patients of control group were given routine nursing of pressure sore. Based on the routine nursing care, patients of test group were given external applying of pain - breaking oil. Then the curative effect and healing time of patients with stage Ⅰ to Ⅲ pressure sore between both groups were compared. Results：Compared with control group cases, under the same treatment time, the curative effect of test group was more remarkable and the healing time was shorter than that of control group. Conclusion： The curative effect of pain - breaking oil is significant for treating patients with stage Ⅰ to Ⅲ pressure sore.
