摘　　要：为有效实施测土配方施肥项目,沈阳市东陵区从本区实际出发,加强资金保障,强化管理,通过技术人员包乡包户、印制特色施肥卡、坐堂咨询、利用农民协会网络、配方施肥专用车巡回指导等特色服务,有效提高了农民认知度和技术到位率。经过3a努力,东陵区测土配方施肥取得了显著的经济、社会、生态综合效益,土肥工作上升到更高层次,对农业可持续发展起到积极的推动作用。In order to effectively implement soil testing and fertilizer recommendation in Dongling District, particular services including enhancing capital guarantee and management, technician responsible for household, printing characteristic fertilizing card, expert consul- tation, guidance by peasants association website and special itinerate car and etc in were implemented based on its status, which improve the cognition degree and technical arriving rate in farmers significantly. After 3 years＇ effort, the method obtained benefits from economy, society, ecology obviously, which promote agricultural sustainable development positively.
