摘　　要：文中介绍了一种实用的调优技术，提出了调优过程中一种新颖的试验模型，以三因子新设计试验与正交旋转回归设计试验为例作了分析比较，并介绍了寻找参数最佳工作区域的数学分析方法．A practical optimization technique is introduced. A new experimental model is proposed in the optimization process. As an example, the new experimental design for three factors and the orthogonal rotational regression design are analysed and compared. A mathematical method of seeking out the optimum working area of the parameters is presented.
