摘　　要：随着经济全球化进程的加快,服务外包日渐成为全球新一轮产业转移大潮中重要的推动因素。近年来,我国承接服务外包规模不断扩大,领域逐步拓宽,但是仍然存在着相关法律法规不完善、企业规模小、软件能力成熟度不够、中高端专业技术人才匮乏等诸多问题制约我国承接服务外包业务的发展。With the rapid development of economic globalization, Service outsourcing has been becoming the important factor that pushes the tide of a new round of global industrial transfer. In recent years, the scale of undertaking service outsourcing has been expanding gradually, the field has been widen, still there exists the problems such as Relevant laws and regulations are imperfect, scales of enterprises are small, Software is not enough good, the highend professional and technical personnel are shorfful and so on, which are Restricting the development of undertaking service outsourcing business in our country.
